Great more reasons to not buy the game, but tile upkeep seems pretty straightforward like sandbox easy mode with no upkeep lol

I did all the suggestions given to me by Skyve, and the game does recognize the mods, it also says xxx mods loaded + the rest, but once I start a game there is NO button of any of those mods to be found. Is there any reason for that?

I played through this game on the default difficulty and by the end I had the pick of like 3 different victories. I recently started a new game, this time I picked "nation" difficulty, everything was going fine until my greatest ally, who also happened to be way more powerful than me and was "protective" became "tyrannical" and declared war on me. And they neighbour my territory, so it looks like I've lost before even entering the modern era this time lol

is it me or are revolutions popping off every 10 secs?

I enjoy Vic 2, but this game looks way too complex for me, and I won't be buying it.

i honestly gave up with previous saves and just started a new city then had to clear my mods list and gradually add them back as they're updated but i'm having a much better time especially with the added difficulty where the fixes i attempt actually make a visible difference. my city is very much struggling to stay afloat but that's part of the fun for me.

Can't play this game anymore, keeps crashing and crashing.

i recently found out you can get almost 20 more fps by closing water animation in the dev tools. even more suprising is nothing changes visually when you make it zero. the sad thing is when time passes it returns to 1x speed and fps drops again. please try this and you will get the idea. i am trying to find a solution to this problem help me

what graphical mod do you use ??

For Civ 6 diplomacy, such as it is, sucks. You can't discuss upcoming votes and what topics might be broached so you're often left banking influence points in the hopes that you can just overpower the AI with votes to ensure you gain in the UN meeting. Then, on top of that, there's the whole "Take away 2 points from so-and-so" which just plain sucks especially since it is invariably YOU, the player, they target, regardless of the actions of other AI; Bismarck declared a war against Victoria. I, Teddy Roosevelt, come in to help. Who gets 2 points taken away? The aggressor? Nope; me, Teddy Roosevelt who helped Victoria, but Victoria was afraid I'd win a diplomatic victory so sandbagged me. I only released three of your cities back to you. We've had a Trade alliance for forever, but F***k me, right? I'd love to see the ability to extract promises from friends and allies in upcoming UN votes AND real repercussions for violating that promise. Shaka promised to back my 'unified currency' proposal but then voted no? Time to suffer a diplomatic penalty with ALL players, because if I, Gilgamesh, ally and research partner of the Zulu can't relay upon them, how will anyone trust them again? As for modding; I miss the old mods of Civ 4 - there were some GREAT mods that turned Civ into a completely different game and most of them were fan-created in spare time (like Fall from Heaven 2!) with amazing mechanics and ideas that just made the game fresh and new. CIV 6 lacks those in-game tools that make such things possible. I hope they bring them back, but doubt they will (DRM and IP rights and all that corpo-nonsense)

So much better than no-expansions vanilla CS:1, but itll take them a long time to iron out the remaining issues (unlimited demand, record unemployment) before it even approaches latter days vanilla CS:1. That said i cannot go back to those old road tools.

Why didn’t they just make these things optional?

If I'm an emperor, I'd rather just send large armies into battle than micromanage 4 on opposite sides of the map. I think combat in Civ is superior and more realistic.

So, the game moves from Alpha to Beta Cool, cool Most mods are updated for me, just got to wait for the Extended Cargo Terminal LHD, and the ROW zones and my city should be sweet to go - minus that $22m fee

This is the first update that feels like it took the game forward. I'm really excited to jump back in.

The tile upkeep is a terrible idea, it basically kills the idea of building regional towns. At least you can adjust the fee or just disable it with the unlock all 529 tile mod.

Have anyone experienced the game crash and get back to the desktop after this release? I not able to play for more than 10 minutes without the game stopping.

Awesome, they made us wait for months for this patch because they wanted to test everything thoroughly. They waited so long, that their certificate got expired. One of the most amateuristic mistakes in IT.

Liked this video because it was just what I needed for entry into the game. Previously watched another UA-camr's vid that might as well have been a seminar on quantum physics. Your video actually explained things for a beginner, concisely and without information overload while appreciating what a beginner will not know. Have added your other videos for 'tips' and so forth. How did you get the southern part of Russia required by the journal entry? Cant even colonise the whole region because of their claim.
